Humble Sustainability

\\intro

# 1
Humble is a startup based on circular economy helping businesses sell surplus products sustainably. They recover high-value items for sale on Thrift by Humble and work with B2B partners to recycle or resell the rest.

\\involvement

# 2
While I'm not directly involved in user interviews, but I collaborate with researchers to ensure that the insights gathered inform my design decisions. I work closely with CEOs to explain how these insights shape the wireframes, low-fidelity mockups, and prototypes. This collaborative approach ensures that the final design reflects user needs and aligns with business goals.

\\conclusion

# 3
It's clear there were some bumps in the road regarding design decisions. Initially, my suggestion for a cleaner design didn't quite hit the mark with the CEOs and their external UX consultant. However, after I left, they eventually circled back to a design similar to what I had proposed. It was a bit surprising to see, but it taught me the value of sticking to my instincts. Even though I had to step out of my comfort zone to accommodate their preferences, it was ultimately a learning experience that highlighted the importance of open communication and trusting in each other's expertise.
