\\intro

This project is created to manage customer interaction via social platform like WhatsApp and Line. This tools created manage interactions by 2 part: 1 is traditional customer dashboard, 2 is create a node based chatbot, and last is use the LLM to analyze manual and book.

\\involvement

In the final stages, my involvement centered on taking over from the previous designer. My tasks included creating icons, configuring settings, and designing the dashboard. When designing the icons, I crafted multiple options to ensure selection of the most suitable ones, especially since the icons didn't adhere to UX conventions. Regarding configuration and dashboard creation, I translated multiple Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) into designs while maintaining consistency with the existing design style.

\\conclusion

I really wish they had included me from the get-go, especially since the previous designer was from outside our company. It would have been great to have been part of those initial discussions. Plus, there was a bit of a communication gap when it came to explaining why certain design choices were made. This made it tough to grasp the thinking behind those decisions and to keep everything flowing smoothly in the project.
